Presumably, that main villain role will be filled by the mystery vigilante who appeared in the final scene. But here too, it's tough to be very impressed by another guy (or girl? ) who dresses in black and shoots arrows well. Is this Prometheus? Is it a familiar character in disguise? One thing the Season 4 premiere did very well was establishing a major villain and a clear conflict to drive the rest of the season. This year, there's little sense of what struggle the new Team Arrow will face or what the show is building towards. And while some degree of unpredictability is good, the show needs to try harder to hit the ground running and excite fans who might be feeling apathetic after Season 4. This review has rambled on long enough already, but a few other points worth covering this week: Felicity has a new boyfriend, it seems. I feel like I've been more tolerant of all this Olicity business than most, but even I'm at the point where I wish the romantic drama would take a break for a while.
